Directions to Remove an Emergency Contact Verification Hold
The University of Massachusetts Boston must maintain emergency contact information for all students. It is necessary for you to enter, review, and update this information on a regular basis within the WISER Student Self Service System. To ensure compliance a hold may be set which will prevent you from engaging in any registration activities until you have updated or verified the emergency contact information in WISER. These directions give step by step instructions on updating this information.
