Save A Tree And Eliminate Junk mail

Encourage others to save paper and eliminate junk mails by simply adding the following to your signature

Step by Step Guide

Here is a guide to add a note in your signature to encourage others to save papers and eliminate junk mails

  1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook
  2. Click on 'Tools' in the top menu and then click 'Options'
  3. Click on Mail Format Tab. Make sure the email account which you use is selected in 'Select signatures for account' and click on 'Signatures' button

  5. If you already have a signature then select it and Click 'Edit'.
    If You don't then skip 5 and 6 and jump to step 7.

  7. Copy the following text.

    Note: If you are using Mozilla Firefox then you may see letter P instead of the tree icon but when you paste it in Outlook then a tree will appear automatically.

  8. Move your cursor to the begining of your signature and paste the text you just copied.
    Go to step 11

  10. Click on 'New', type in your name for the signature.
    Leave rest of the settings unchanged and click 'Next'

  12. Copy the following text.

  13. Paste the text you just copied.
    Click Finish.
