Save A Tree And Eliminate Junk mail
Encourage others to save paper and eliminate junk mails by simply adding the following to your signature

Step by Step Guide
Here is a guide to add a note in your signature to encourage others to save papers and eliminate junk mails
- Open Microsoft Office Outlook
- Click on 'Tools' in the top menu and then click 'Options'
- Click on Mail Format Tab. Make sure the email account which you use is selected in 'Select signatures for account' and click on 'Signatures' button

- If you already have a signature then select it and Click 'Edit'.
If You don't then skip 5 and 6 and jump to step 7.

- Copy the following text.

Note: If you are using Mozilla Firefox then you may see letter P instead of the tree icon but when you paste it in Outlook then a tree will appear automatically.
- Move your cursor to the begining of your signature and paste the text you just copied.
Go to step 11

- Click on 'New', type in your name for the signature.
Leave rest of the settings unchanged and click 'Next'

- Copy the following text.

- Paste the text you just copied.
Click Finish.

- Make sure you select the signature you have newly added.

- Click 'OK' in all the windows to apply your settings and you are all set !!!
