Application to Summer 2008

All matriculated students wishing to take courses this Summer 2008:

Please fax (617-287-7494) or drop off your completed registration form to Jocelyn Burke in the College of Nursing &Health Sciences, Science Building 2nd Floor, Room 13. The registration form can be downloaded and copied from this website

Jocelyn will confirm that all pre-requisites have been met and will submit your registration to the registrar’s office. You will receive an email confirmation of your course(s) enrollment from CCDE so be sure to include your email address on the registration form. All other subsequent UMB information will be sent to your UMB email account.



All non-matriculated students wishing to take courses this summer 2008:

Please fax (617-287-7494) or drop off your completed registration form, a copy of your current nursing license, and a copy of your diploma or transcript from the institution from which you earned your MS or BSN degree. The registration form can be downloaded and copied from this website:

If you are dropping off your three forms at the College of Nursing &Health Sciences, Science Building 2nd Floor, Room 13, be sure to mark it “Attention: Jocelyn Burke”.

When we receive all three pieces of information, we will review your materials and submit your registration if you qualify. You will receive an email confirmation of your course(s) enrollment from CCDE so be sure to include your email address on the registration form. A future email will be sent regarding BlackboardVista for those of you who are new to the online learning management system (LMS).
