Mission Statement:

The Office of Urban Family Health serves a coordinating function for the integration of faculty and student research, other scholarly activities, practice, and community service.

Office activities include but are not limited to networking and pre- and postdoctoral training in methodologies that are particularly effective approaches to the implementation and evaluation of services designed to improve the health-related quality of life of urban families.

In keeping with the mission of the College, emphasis is placed on unserved and underserved populations, including current and emerging minorities and the elderly.
